2. Placing an Order
2.1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are over the age of 18.

2.2. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that this does not mean the order has been accepted. The contract between us will only be formed when we confirm the shipment of your products.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product pricing, or incomplete or fraudulent order information.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are in € and do not include applicable taxes such as VAT. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.

3.2. We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing information. However, if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

3.3. Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

4.2. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products if the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing, weather issues).

4.3. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's status.

4.4. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If the information provided is incorrect and results in failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
